County of Toulouseball was a country of what is now Southern Franceball consisting on the city of Toulouse and its neighbouring land. Its territory was in the center of Occitaniaball.

History

During the 13th century, a gnostic movement known as the Cathars inhabited Toulouse and other parts of Occitania. Their symbol was the Occitan cross, which is seen on the flag of Toulouse county.
