Confederate Arizonaball (officially known as Arizona Territoryball) was a territory in CSAball that lasted from 1861 to 1865. It was located in the western part of the south and borderd Mexico, Confederate Texasball, Californiaball and held disputed territory with Arizona Territoryball to the north. His land was taken from him in July of 1862 in what is known as the 'Gettysburg of the West' but fled to El Pasoball and later San Antonioball after USAball got closer. Though he had no land, he was still represented in the CSAball's Congress. He knows he really has no purpose as it's pretty hard to grow cotton in the 🌵 Desert so he feels like a failure to his father, CSAball, but nevertheless exists.

Personality & Information

Compared to his other confederate siblings, Confederate Arizonaball is much more tough. He knows how to survive in the desert and has constant experience with western issues. He is the 🤠 cowboy of CSAball, much to the dismay of Confederate Texasball. Though he is a territory, he spends most of his time either killing Navajoball's or Apacheball's, riding his 🐎 horse, or trying to figure out how to use slaves in the desert, rather than being caught up in the political conflicts of the east.

History

Territory Status

New Mexico Territoryball had expressed concern in not being able to govern the southern half of the territory, and they were afraid they would loose it. However, in Febuary of 1858 New Mexico Territoryball decided to create Arizona Territoryball out of the southern half of the territory, on the 34th parralell, streatching from the Colorado River in Californiaball to the border of Texasball. However, USAball wasn't really in the mood to continue it, so delegates met in Tuconball to talk about the possible creation of a new territory. However, conflict remained of if this state would become a Slave state or a Free State, as this was below the Missouri Compromise Line.

Succcecion

A lot of people in New Mexico Territoryball had felt neglected by the US's government. Their mail was cancelled so they could no longer communicate quickly with Californiaball and the East Coast. Not to mention too, but they were constantly being attacked by Apacheball, the native americans in the area, and the USAball wasn't doing anything about it. While all of this was happening, a new country was being formed, CSAball. New Mexico Territoryball felt that it would be better to join them, as they may treat them better. In March 28th, Confederate Arizonaball was officially established.

🏆Battle of Glorieta Pass

During the war, multiple battles had been fought within Confederate Arizonaball including one where USAball almost captured El Pasoball, but in the end, it all came down to Glorieta Pass, a battle that took just west of Santa Feball, to make a long story short, CSAball got crushed and was forced to flee to El Pasoball. Again, after El Pasoball was taken by USAball, Confederate Arizona was forced to flee to San Antonioball. Even though he had no land, he was still represented in the Confederate Congress. The final blow issued was in 1865 when CSAball was completely crushed. Confederate Arizonaball became Arizona Territoryball.

• Confederate Texasball - My blood brother! He's the only other Confederate I border and has supported me throughout, even letting me escape to El Pasoball and San Antonioball in rough times. We both hate UnionMcSonnitySnots and both share the 🌵 Sonoran Desert aswell. However, he does think he's in the wild west (Not at all!) and keeps bragging about how he's the biggest confederate state.
• CSAball - My father! He's kept me alive and sent me supplies. Also cares more about me than when I was New Mexico Territoryball. I will die for him, even though his capital is in Richmondball (Virginia), which is super far away from me. I think I might be a disappointment though because I can't find any use for slaves out here. I'm sorry!
