Cheongjuball is a cityball of 
South Koreaball and also the province capital of Chungcheongbuk-doball. Also, it looks like it is frowning.

Cheongjuball was a major battle site during Japanese invasions of Korea, called the Battle of Chongju.
During the Korean War, it was shortly invaded by North Koreaball.
Today Cheongjuball is one of the largest cityballs of South Koreaball.
