Chahamanaball was an e̶g̶o̶i̶s̶t̶i̶c̶ ̶ chivalric Indian Northern monarchyball. In his historically i̶n̶a̶c̶c̶u̶r̶a̶t̶e̶,̶ ̶b̶i̶a̶s̶e̶d̶ ̶ ̶ unreliable biography, Pritviraj Raso he claims that he has killed 
Ghuridball.
History
Chahamanball was originally a vassal of Gurjara-Pratiharaball.
When the three imperial powers of 
Indiaball- Gurjara-Pratiharaball, Rashtrakuta dynastyball and Pala Empireball began to weaken due to constant wars, their numerous feudatories including Chahamanaball declared independence from their overlords or became de facto independent.
Chahamanaball expanded his clay by defeating many neighbouring rulers. He a̶n̶s̶h̶c̶l̶u̶s̶s̶e̶d̶ inherited the clay of Tomara dynastyball, gaining him Delhiball.
His biography, Pritviraj Raso is considered to be historically unreliable by many modern scholars. However, the story provided in Pritviraj Raso about the reign of Prithviraja III Chahamana is very fascinating and interesting (pretty much like a romantic action movie) that most common people today believe the legend.
He defeated Ghuridball in the First Battle of Tarain in 1191, but lost badly in the Second Battle of Tarain in 1192, leading to the establishment of the 
Delhi Sultanateball.
