Zakarpattia Oblastball aka Carpathian Rutheniaball or Transcarpathiaball, is an oblastball located in Ukraineball. It is the only Ukrainian oblastball to border 4 countryballs, which are as follows:  Polandball,  Slovakiaball,  Hungaryball and  Romaniaball.

Along with Ivano-Frankivsk Oblastball, it shares the highest peak in Ukraineball - mt. Hoverla (2061 m), located in the Chornohora mountain range of the Carpathians.

It also can into weird dialects.

History

Zakarpattia Oblastball was a  2ball, adopted by  Slavsball,  Kyivan Rusball,  Austria-Hungaryball,  Czechoslovakiaball,  Kingdom of Hungaryball,  Soviet Unionball and  Ukraineball.
