Note: The government of this country requests the use of it's Portuguese name, Cabo Verde, in all languages, and all international dealings, no matter the case.

But Cabo, how can tu be verde if tu is azul?

Cabo AzulVerdebola (Portuguese name), better known as Cape Verdeball (English name), officially the Republic of Cabo Verdebola, is a countryball whose clay is located off the northwestern coast of Africa. As of 2021, they have a population of 555987, and 4033 square kilometres of clay, making them the 127th most populous, and the 167th largest country in Earth-icon.png Earthball

They speak fluent Portuguese, due to the fact that they were discovered and colonised by Portugal-icon.png Portugalball. They are hardly ever relevant, which has lead to then being mistaken with EU-icon.png EUball and Costa Rica-icon.png Costa Ricaball, which is great because people never figure out he is a breeding ground for hurricanes. This is ironic, as their name literally translates to Green Cape in Portuguese.

Cape Verde-icon.png Cabo Verdebola was born as uninhabited clay but settlers made them mixed with Portugal-icon.png portuguese and 8-icon.png african blood. They became fully inhabited in 1456 and adopted by Portugalball in 1462. In the 17th and 18th centuries, they became rich by dealing in the velociraptor trade, selling their fellow 8balls to UK-icon.png UKball and France-icon.png Franceball.

In 1951, Portugalball tried to incorporate his clay into his own, but this was disrupted by Portugalball's personality change in 1974. The following year, Cabo Verdebola declared their independence and is currently another irrelevant African countryball.

Between 1975 and 1990, Cabo Verdebola was a one-party state in which a socialist political party (PAICV) was the nation's sole legal party. After that, a new party(MpD)was created, and became one of the most democratic and stable countryballs in Africa.
