DR Azerbaijanball was one of the 3 republics after 
Transcaucasiaball split.
History[edit | edit source]
DR Azerbaijanball was independent and came into existence for the first time in 1918. Before it considered itself Caucasian Tatarball, an ethnic group. It chose its name in hopes of eventually taking Iranball's northern clay, which was also known as 
Azerbaijanball. 
Turkeyball was its best friend from the beginning.
It tried to anchluss 
Nagorno-Karabakh Republicball from 
Armeniaball, and was only partially successful after Sovietball made it an autonomous oblast.
