The Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement, also known as the 2019 Hong Kong protests, or the 2019–2020 Hong Kong protests, were a series of demonstrations in Hong Kongball start in 15 March 2019, till 9 June 2019 started the large-scale outbreaks of social movements, and more than 10,000 people were arrested. There is no unified leadership for this movement, and it is mainly organized through social media calls. Movement supporters use demonstrations, rallies, sit-ins, singing, shouting, "three strikes" actions, setting up the Lennon Wall, non-cooperation movement, and blocking Main road, “bottoming”, targeting and attacking, smashing, setting fire to Chinese-funded shops, HSBC, buildings, universities, pro-Chinaball Hong Kong-funded shops and public facilities, etc. to response to the introduction by the Hong Kong government of the five demands including amendments to the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance.According to the demonstrators, the draft allows criminal suspects in Hong Kongball to be extradited to Chinaball for trial; opponents worry that extraditing suspects to the Chinaball will lead to unfair trials because they do not trust the judicial system in Chinaball, which will damage the Hong Kongball's independent jurisdiction status.
