Vladimirball is an Russian Oblast located in Western Russiaball.
History
Vladimirball born as a 2ball, adopted by Sovietball Russiaball.
How to draw
Draw Vladimirball isn't difficult. He's based on Russiaball SSR:
- Color the basic circle shape of this red
- Draw a blue vertical stripe on the left with a yellow hammer and syckle
- Draw the coat of arms of Vladimir Oblast (but red becames yellow)
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
