In 973, a man named Buluggin Ibn Ziri founded the Zirid Emirate, referencing his father Ziri. Ziridball conquered Maghrawaball Idrisidball and Barghawataball in 979.
In 1048, The Zirid Emirate cut ties with the Fatimids and converted to Sunnism Fatimidball 
retaliated by sending Banu Hilalball to Attack the Zirids for their betrayel.
In 1148, Ziridball sacked Gabés a Kingdom of Africaball 
outpost, they retaliated by taking Mahdiaball and ending the dynasty.
