Hi. I disagree with the deletion of Bidoon

Firstly, i have a plan of making Bidoon independent

Secondly, some of the Polandball rules are what i find ridiculous but i'm not trying to break them

Lastly, i think it would be interesting to add a stateless nation as an independent nation

No problem! I have two suggestions:

1. Semi-protect the userpage Paradiseayumi. Her page was vandalized a lot by these alts.
2. If possible, please do a range block. I was undoing someone's edits at 10 AM PDT, and then at 2 PM PDT, another alt was made. Does this guy have a VPN?
