Rutlandball is a ceremonial county of 
Englandball. He can into small, but cannot into having his own police force, as he is so small he has to share it with Leicestershireball.
How to draw Rutlandball
- Draw a circle, and fill it with green.
- Put a pattern of yellow on the circle. Try looking at the flag for reference.
- Draw the eyes, and you're done.
