Kingdom of Italyball and Italyball.
Now it has been a regionball of Italyball since 1946 as a northern region with Genoaball as capital.

How to draw
There are two ways to draw Liguriaball. The first is the "flag mode":
- Divide the basic circle shape into three vertical stripes, green, red and blue
- Draw a grey ship with a white sail
- Draw a red' +' cross in the sail, with four grey 6-pointed stars
- Draw the eyes and you've finished.
The second one is the "coat of arms mode":
- Draw the basic circle shape
