The Kingdom of the Algarveball, after 1471 Kingdom of the Algarvesball, was a nominal kingdomball within the 
Kingdom of Portugalball, located in the southernmost region of continental Portugalball.
It was the second dominion of the Crown of the Kingdom of Portugalball and supposedly a kingdom apart from 
Kingdom of Portugalball. Though in fact the Kingdom of the Algarveball had no institutions, special privileges, or autonomy. In actuality, it was just an honorific title for the Algarveball based on its history and was very similar to the rest of the Portuguese provinceballs.
History
In 1249 the city of 
Faroball was conquered by the 
Kingdom of Portugalball and shortly afterward the Kingdom of the Algarve was founded.
In 1815, 
Kingdom of the Algarvesball, Kingdom of Portugalball and, the 
Kingdom of Brazilball form the 
United Kingdom of Portugal, Brazil and the Algarvesball, but nothing changed for the Algarvesball.
In 1836 Kingdom of the Algarvesball ceased to be a kingdom and was demoted into a the district, but the title of king of the Algarvesball continued to be used by the Portuguese kings.
