Kharkivball (Ukrainian: Харків) is a cityball of Ukraineball and chief-town of Kharkiv Oblastball. It is also the sister cityball of Cincinnatiball.
History
The name of Kharkivball probably comes from the Kharkiv River. Another version is from Kharyton (Kharko), the founder of the Kharkiv khutor settlement. From the beginning of the 17th century, the lands of modern Kharkiv region nominally belonged to the Russian Empireball, but until 1650 there was no population here. At the same time, Ukrainian colonization from the neighboring Hetman region (that is, Ukraineball) begins.
